We offer a comprehensive 60 point independent Residential Electrical Safety Audit conducted by a Technical Safety BC certified BC Master Electrician. This audit covers every component of your homes electrical system from the wires coming in from the street to every outlet and installed equipment. The audit takes approximately 2 to 3 hours and at the end of the process our clients receive a detailed report with notes and photographs of any issues we discovered.

If there is a problem we expect to isolate and identify the issue for correction. 

This is a truly independent safety audit. We will not offer our electrical services to fix any identified issues. We believe it is a potential conflict of interest to do so. Electrical repairs can be expensive and our clients should feel absolutely confident that any corrective work is truly necessary and be informed on how urgent the potential risk is.
